Noureen was brought up by her parents from Georgia as an American actor who has Indian roots. Her proud family includes of two sisters who reside in Pune. Parents were keen on their children having the top of their class, which is why they ensured that their siblings attended the finest school offered throughout the USA. Noureen was born in 1984 in New York City in the United States to her Indian parents. She has the Marathi Indian heritage. Her family is close to her two sisters who always assist each other. In addition to English, Noureen is fluent of Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu.
