Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American model and actress. The actress was noticed by a talent agent who recognized her potential and urged her to consider to work in the entertainment industry. After a lot of thought her decision was to quit college and pursue her profession as an entertainer. In the film "Children of the Corn Fields of Terror", she was the first actress to make her debut and disappointed herself with the result. Her acting skills were sharpened through appearances in low-budget film productions. The actress had a tough journey, however she received a reward for her perseverance and determination.
